Responsible AI

AI Safety

The AI Safety guidelines describe how Ai-Tool-Base expects users to review AI output, avoid harmful use, protect sensitive data, and operate AI tools responsibly.

Human review is required

AI systems can generate useful content, but they may also produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsafe, or inappropriate results. Users must review important output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

Users remain responsible for decisions made with AI assistance, including edits, approvals, compliance checks, and final use of generated output.

No professional advice

Ai-Tool-Base does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, compliance, employment, or professional advice. AI output should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Where decisions may affect rights, safety, finances, health, employment, compliance, or legal obligations, users should consult qualified professionals and independently verify all information.

Prohibited use

Users may not use the service to create, request, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising content.

The service may not be used to facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, evasion of security systems, unauthorized surveillance, impersonation, manipulation, or other harmful activities.

Sensitive data and user content

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, confidential information, payment card data, passwords, secrets, medical records, government identifiers, or highly sensitive business information unless the feature is specifically designed and authorized for that purpose.

Users represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, or submit any content used with the service.

Accuracy and fairness

Users should evaluate AI output for accuracy, fairness, context, legality, and potential harm. Output should not be used to make high-impact decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight and legal review.

Generated content may reflect limitations in training data, provider systems, prompts, user input, or model behavior. Responsible use requires critical review.

Safety controls and enforcement

Ai-Tool-Base may apply usage limits, automated checks, manual review, account restrictions, provider-level controls, or other safeguards to prevent misuse and maintain service integrity.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, policy violations, payment risk, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

Reporting concerns

Users can report harmful output, abuse, suspected policy violations, or security concerns by contacting support@80371.com. Reports should include relevant account details, timestamps, URLs, input examples, output examples, and a description of the concern.
